Returns & Exchanges

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it does not arrive as expected. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us so long as the following conditions are met:

  • Item(s) must be in their/its original packaging with product tags intact.
  • Item(s) must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their/its original condition.
  • Item(s) must have been purchased originally from 2welve Boutique.
  • SWIMWEAR is FINAL SALE.
  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
  • JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE.

If one the above conditions are not met, we are unfortunately unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless if the items have been shipped back to us.

Sale item(s), jewelry, accessories, and swimwear are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All exchanges and returns need to be made within 30 days of the delivery from 2welve Boutique. 

 

2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE

2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its/their original condition and packaging.

2.2 Kindly email us in order to receive an authorized return number for your items.

2.3 Mail us your parcel via a trackable mode of shipping.

2.4 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your online Store Credit Voucher is ready.  Generally, the processing period is 7 working days upon receipt of your parcel.

2.5 All requests for returns will be exchanged for store credit or exchange item. No refunds will be given.

2.6 No refunds will be given for delivery charges incurred in the original, returned and onward shipping charges of exchanged items.

2.7 However, if any of the products received are deemed defective or a wrong shipment, 2welveboutique.com will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value or providing online store credits or any other methods at the discretion of 2welveboutique.com.

2.8 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for exchanged items.

2.9 Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 2welve Boutique does not provide return shipping labels. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

3. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 All items that are returned and/or exchanged, can only be returned and/or exchanged once.

3.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order

3.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

3.4 2welve Boutique makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
